Nanyaar?

Dreams of a Young Man

In Poem on April 16 at 2:27

Where with all shall you find life?
The way farer asked him today
I mind not life a yonder,
They come,
They go,
And still I play.
Will thou succeed my son tomorrow?
Your mind is all but clay.
Existence will follow,
Moments will strive,
And wait for now,
Come let may.
Deep down the river swims a maiden,
Whispers her charms to quay,
And there to drown him alone,
They call her passion,
Her eyes they grey.
That’s when I woke up to ponder,
Alive,
Yet cast away
A foolish heart;
Never again to want,
I remind me every dusk,
Every break of day.
